e i bastimenti immagini lontane che se ne vanno lenti
su quella divisione fra la terra e il mare
ormai così pulita che sembra una ferita.

un gabbiano che passeggia sopra le tue impronte
vedo il confine fra le tue labbra e il mio cuore
ormai così distante che sfiora l'orizzonte
come vorrei gridare forte
tu che dicevi che non serve a niente
come vorrei odiarti adesso
ma basterebbe solo averti qui
per darti anche quello che non ho.

Anna Oxa, born Iliriana Hoxha (Bari, April 28, 1961), is an Italian singer of Albanian descent.
