Susan Tedeschi is an American singer and guitarist of the blues genre, born in Boston, Massachusetts, on December 9, 1968. Considered one of the most talented interpreters of modern blues, Tedeschi has received numerous Grammy Award nominations, including Best New Artist in 2000 and three times in the category Best Contemporary Blues Album. Her music is characterized by a powerful vocal delivery, a refined guitar technique, and an authentic interpretation of classic blues. Among her most representative songs are "I Want More", "Just Won't Burn" and "Down Home Blues". In 2009 she founded the group The Tedeschi Trucks Band, with which she achieved international success, releasing albums such as "Revelator" (2011) and "Made Up Mind" (2016).
