Delbert McClinton is an American singer, musician, and songwriter born on November 4, 1940, in Lubbock, Texas. Considered one of the pillars of modern blues rock, McClinton has built a successful career spanning over half a century. There he collaborated with artists like Willie Nelson and Waylon Jennings, contributing to the birth of the outlaw country movement.
