The Like sono un gruppo alternative rock statunitense formatosi a Los Angeles (California) nel settembre 2001. Il trio è composto da Elizabeth "Z" Berg (voce, chitarra), Charlotte Froom e Tennessee Thomas (batteria). Tutte e tre provengono da famiglie immerse nella musica: la Berg è figlia del produttore Tony Berg, mentre Froom e Thomas sono figlie di Mitchell Froom e Pete Thomas, rispettivamente. Il nome della band deriva da un'osservazione della madre di Thomas riguardo all'uso frequente della parola "like" dalle ragazze.
