Efterklang is a Danish indie pop-rock group formed in Copenhagen in December 2000. Composed of Mads Brauer (vocals, guitar), Casper Clausen (keyboards, vocals), Rasmus Stolberg (bass) and Johan Wohlert (drums), the quartet is known for its atmospheric and introspective sound, which blends elements of post-rock, electronica and folk. After releasing several independent EPs, Efterklang signed with 4AD in 2005, and since then has released three studio albums: "The Ghost of My Life" (2007), "Parades" (2010) and "Love". (2016). Among the band's most representative songs are "Modern Love", "The Sun Is a Star", and "A New Day".
