Nine Days

Lyrics I'd go crazy Nine Days

 944

I'd go crazy

I drive in the rain
With the window open
But it's not the same
When everything has changed
But while you're still near
I'll try anything
And I'll say all the things that you said you wanted to hear...
But the words inside my head
Are better left unsaid
To lie like the ghosts beneath my bed... (ohyeah)

Don't you know that I'd go crazy!
But I've nothing left to give
Though I missed you for a while
Don't you know that I'd go crazy!
But you're on your own tonight
Though you know I missed your smile...

And you, you can't take back
Half of what you give
And you won't remember
Half the life you've lived
But while you're still here
I'll do anything
And I'll say all the things you said you needed to hear...

Don't you know that I'd go crazy!
But I've nothing left to give
Though I missed you for a while
Don't you know that I'd go crazy!
But you're on your own tonight
Though you know I missed your smile
Though you know I missed your smile...

The words inside my head
Are better than the words I've said
As always...

Don't you know that I'd go crazy!
But I've nothing left to give
Though I missed you for a while
Don't you know that I'd go crazy!
But you're on your own tonight
Though you know I missed your smile...
Don't you know that I'd go crazy!...
But I've nothing left to give
Though I missed you for a wile
Don't you know that I'd go crazy!
But you're on your own tonight
Though you know I missed your smile

Biografia

Nine Days is a rock band formed in Long Island, New York, in 1995. The founding members of the group are singer and guitarist John Hampson and drummer Brian Desveaux. Over the years, the lineup has undergone several changes, but Nine Days' distinctive sound has always been centered on catchy melodies, introspective lyrics, and a melancholic atmosphere that blends elements of alternative rock, pop, and folk. Their debut album, "The Madding Crowd", released in 1998, achieved moderate success thanks to the single "Absolutely (Story of a Girl)", which reached the top 20 of the Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart. Other representative tracks by the group include "When I'm With You" and "Homesick", both from the album "The Madding Crowd". Throughout their career, Nine Days has collaborated with several artists, including music producer Butch Vig (Nirvana, Foo Fighters) and singer Ben Harper. Despite not achieving the fame of other contemporary rock bands, Nine Days have maintained a solid fan base thanks to their authentic music and live performances.
