Fabrizio Nitti, nato ad Asti nel '71, vive a Genova da sempre. Nel 1985 conosce Paolo Agnello formando un duo con cui parteciperà, a più edizioni del Festival di Castrocaro. Nel 1997 vincono l'Accademia di Sanremo, portando sul palco "Genova" con cui gareggiano poi a Sanremo Giovani. L'anno dopo, nel 1998, partecipano al 48° Festival di Sanremo con "I ragazzi innamorati". Nel 2000, esce "Alkè", primo album. Nel 2001, esibizione live alla Sala Nervi, Città del Vaticano, in occasione di "Artigiano della Pace" alla presenza del Santo Padre Papa Giovanni Paolo II. È il 2002, secondo posto al Premio Lunezia, con "Liguria". Nel 2003, ancora insieme vincono il Premio Città di Recanati con "Un giorno di ordinaria follia". Nel 2004 Fabrizio decide di intraprendere la carriera da solista continuando comunque a scrivere con Paolo Agnello. È tra il 2005 e il 2006 che partecipando al Premio Umberto Bindi, dedicato alla canzone d'autore, arriva al secondo posto. La prima volta con il brano "Voglio anche te" e la seconda con "Liguria". Nel 2014 ha interpretato "Noi due", omaggiando Umberto Bindi, contenuto nel disco tributo "Il mio mondo solidale". Siamo nel 2017 arriva l'album, "Una ragione per essere qui", arrangiamenti di Stefano Cabrera dei GnuQuartet e del chitarrista Enrico Pinna, che contiene "Liguria", inno e manifesto d'amore verso la sua terra, "Una ragione per vivere", "Emanuela", dedicato alla poliziotta uccisa a Palermo nell'attentato a Paolo Borsellino, "Vedrai Vedrai", omaggio a Luigi Tenco e "E penso a te", in cui suona Massimo Luca, storico chitarrista di Lucio Battisti. Nel 2020, spinto dalle problematiche causate dal COVID-19, scrive e pubblica "Resto a casa" per promuovere e sensibilizzare le persone a fare donazioni agli Ospedali della Sua Genova per l'acquisto dei dpi. Il 12 maggio, in occasione della Giornata Internazionale dell'Infermiere, viene lanciata, con il patrocinio di CGIL Nazionale, "Un uomo e una donna come te". A ottobre, sempre nel 2020, esce "E Tu Vivi". A sei mesi dall'ultimo inedito il 30 aprile 2021 lancia "Libero come l'amore". Il 22 ottobre 2021 esce l'album "TRACCE DI ME" che raccoglie i brani fondamentali della sua carriera con il lancio dell'inedito "Al di là del ponte".
