Starsailor is an English alternative rock band formed in Wigan in 1998. Composed of James Walsh (vocals, guitar), Barry Westhead (guitar), Ben Byrne (bass) and Alex Hamer (drums), the group achieved considerable success in the 2000s with albums like "Love Is Here" (2001) and "Silence is Golden" (2003).
