Edge of Sanity è un gruppo musicale svedese di genere progressive death metal. Attivo dal 1989 al 2004 e poi riunitosi nel 2016, il gruppo ha pubblicato sette album in studio, combinando elementi di death metal con influenze progressive, jazz e persino elettroniche.
