Jon Secada, born Juan Francisco Secada in Miami, Florida, in 1968, is a Cuban singer and songwriter. After studying classical music at the Berklee College of Music in Boston, he began his musical career in the 1980s as a session musician and composer for other artists. In 1992, he debuted with the album "Jon Secada", which became an international success thanks to songs like "Just Another Day" and "Angel". Secada has won two Grammy Awards, one for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance in 1994 and another for Best Latin Song in 1996.
