(Seven Williams, Walter Brandt, Bill Brandt)
Everybody falls off the track
There aint one road there aint one map come on
Keep the light on
Been gone so long my jeans are faded
I've seen this world man it's over-rated come on
Yeah baby keep the light on
Cause I'm coming home tonight
Yeah I'm coming home tonight
Put on that dress the red one I gave you
Lets spend all night get reacquainted
Come on keep the light on
Call the boys tell 'm all I'm coming
Save my seat get that jukebox humming
Come on yeah baby keep the light on
Cause I'm coming home tonight
Yeah I'm coming home tonight
Well now is the time lets take a chance
Lets take the world by the seat of its pants
Lets make some noise lets make it last
Just give me a sign, baby keep the light on
Shake the stands and wake the stadium
I'm rounding third and I'm coming home come on
Keep the light on
Call my folks and call the papers
I'm on my way and this time im staying
Come on keep the light on
Cause I'm coming home tonight
Yeah I'm coming home tonight
Well now is the time lets take a chance
Lets take the world by the seat of its pants
Lets make some noise lets make it last
Just give me a sign baby keep the light on
BRIDGE OUT:
Lets take it as we go
Lay in the green grass watch it grow
Lets dance close nice and slow
Cheek to cheek and toe to toe
Make angels in the snow
Were doing it all when I get home
So baby, baby, baby, keep the light on
