Ninfea, pseudonimo di Asia Strangis, è nata a Lamezia Terme (CZ) il 28 agosto 2004. La musica è stata una costante nella sua vita fin da piccola: si avvicina al canto a sette anni grazie al coro del paese e sviluppa un'innata passione per la musica come forza espressiva e cura per l'anima. Si forma in canto lirico e pop attraverso lezioni private ed a 14 anni debutta come cantautrice. L'anno successivo inizia lo studio del pianoforte da autodidatta. Nel 2020, trasferitasi con la famiglia a Volano (TN), collabora con il Maestro R. Ricciari, compositore e produttore, realizzando i suoi primi brani pop melodici. Trova poi la sua dimensione ideale nel pop-rock. La timbrica dolce ma incisiva di Ninfea, unita alla maturità delle sue composizioni, le permettono di conquistare l'attenzione del pubblico e degli addetti ai lavori. Partecipa a numerosi concorsi canori, raggiungendo finali prestigiosi come il Tour Music Fest 2019 e il Trofeo Nilla Pizzi 2020. Nel 2020 vince il Festival Voci D'Oro per il miglior brano inedito e partecipa ad un percorso formativo presso il C.E.T. di Mogol. Nel 2020 esce la sua prima release ufficiale, "A testa alta", seguita nel 2021 dal singolo "Mumbai", con videoclip che supera le 15mila visualizzazioni in poche settimane. Ninfea continua a crescere sia come artista che come persona, trasformando ogni esperienza musicale in un nuovo spunto creativo. La sua produzione vanta brani di alto livello e un ampio repertorio di inediti pronti per essere pubblicati, alcuni dei quali accompagnati dal celebre quartetto d'Archi Archimia (già collaborato con Elisa nel tour 2019). Nel 2021 esce il terzo singolo "Ad occhi aperti", un brano pop-rock che conferma la sua caratura vocale e maturità artistica. Grazie alla sua dedizione, impegno e passione per la musica, Ninfea è riconosciuta come una delle stelle più brillanti del nuovo cantautorato femminile italiano.
