De bottes en godillots,
De spartiates en croqu'nots,
Partout j'ai traîné mon pied-bot,

Mon unique pantoufle de vair,
Petit Poucet boiteux,
Toujours je n'avais d'yeux
Que pour ma botte de sept lieues...

Dans une pauvre chambre,
Devant un feu de bois,
