Luca Bonaffini is an Italian singer-songwriter, writer, and essayist born in Milan in 1967. He emerged as a musician in the 1990s with his introspective and poetic songwriting style, influenced by artists like Fabrizio De André and Bob Dylan. He has released several studio albums, including "The Sky Above Our Heads" (1995) and "Stories of Everyday Life" (2000), achieving moderate critical and commercial success. Besides music, Bonaffini is also dedicated to writing, publishing novels, short stories, and essays. Among his most notable literary works are the novel "The City of Silences" (2005) and the essay "The Power of Words" (2010).
