Brownstone is an American female contemporary R and B group active in the mid-1990s and early 2000s. The group, consisting of Natina Reed, Miki Howard, and Maile Flanagan, rose to prominence in 1995 with the single "If You Love Me", which was nominated for a Grammy Award in the Best R and B Performance category. Other hits include "Grapevyne" and "Pass the Lovin'", as well as a cover of "I Can't Tell You Why" by the Eagles. After a hiatus, Brownstone embarked on a revival in 2007.
