Silversun Pickups are an American indie rock band from Los Angeles, California. Founded by Brian Aubert, Nikki Monninger, Chris Baum and Josh Hager, the group debuted in 2005 with the EP *Pikul* and achieved international recognition with their debut album *Carnavas*, released in 2006.
