Jeff Healey (Norman Jeffrey Healey) è stato un chitarrista e cantante canadese nato a Toronto nel 1960. Noto per il suo stile blues rock energico e la sua abilità eccezionale nell'utilizzo della chitarra, Healey ha suonato in piedi grazie alla cecità congenita che lo caratterizzava fin dalla nascita. La sua carriera musicale è iniziata negli anni '80 con la band Jeff Healey Band, ottenendo un successo internazionale con l'album di debutto *See the Light* (1989). Il brano *Angel Eyes*, estratto dall'album, ha raggiunto le classifiche americane e ha contribuito a lanciare Healey nel mondo.
