Amorphis è una band finlandese di metal formatasi nel 1990 da Jan Rechberger, Tomi Koivusaari ed Esa Holopainen. Inizialmente un gruppo death metal, Amorphis ha poi evoluto verso altri generi come progressive metal e folk metal, pur mantenendo sempre radici profonde nell'heavy metal.
