Naah leggo

I can remember the good old days
What you said Can you remember but now

The children in the ghetto want the food to eat
The people on the street are somewhere else to sleep help them Lord...x2

But I say you can't blame the youths them
Maybe some of time but you can't blame the youths them

They are victims of poverty yeh
They are victims of poverty yeh

About the Natty dread

We aint letting dat Naah Leggo x3

Time gets so hard everyone is going crazy
And you then thinking about taking over their hands again

Because you bound us in poverty yeh
I say you hold us in captivity
Everywhere we went it's another story
I say and everywhere we turn it's another story about we gat Dread

We ain letting dat Naah Leggo
Wake up wake up wake up about the 6am
No one wants to be their friends
Is it because they don't wear no shoes
Make you don't like them
Is it because they aint got no clothes

Every time I see your face not smiling
And your leadership under hope is a big disgrace

About the Natty Dread
We aint letting dat Naah Leggo
We never we never

Spahbalex3

Bout We gat Dread
Naah Leggo x7

The children in the ghetto want the food to eat
The people on the street are somewhere else to sleep help them Lord
Mr big man...x2

But I say you can't blame the youths them
You can't blame de youths dem
Gonna get me if you can

You can't blame de youths dem
Now you look out you Presidents
