Rosendo è un cantautore e chitarrista spagnolo, considerato uno dei pilastri del rock latino negli anni '80. Nato a Madrid nel 1956, inizia la sua carriera musicale nei primi anni '70 con diverse band locali. Nel 1980 forma il gruppo Rosendo and Los Muertos, che raggiunge un grande successo in Spagna con album come "Endemico Embustero" (1982) e "Canciones Para Normales y Mero Dementes" (1984). Il suo stile musicale è caratterizzato da una forte componente rock, influenzato dal punk e dal blues, ma anche da elementi di flamenco e musica tradizionale spagnola. Rosendo è noto per le sue performance energiche e i testi provocatori che affrontano temi sociali e politici.
