Je veux rendre à César
Ces petits riens du tout
La clé de ces hasards
À qui nous devons tout
Ces millions de grains de sable
Qui ont guidé nos deux vies
Pour qu'on soit à la table
Où nous sommes aujourd'hui
Nos chemins s'en vont
Nos chemins se croisent
Nos chemins reviennent
Nos chemins reprennent
La même chanson
Nos chemins s'en vont
En ombres chinoises
Nos chemins reviennent
Nos chemins reprennent
La même chanson
Cent millions de feux rouges
Erreur de direction
Le vin blanc sur le rouge
Drôle de conspiration
Car tous ces actes manqués
Nous ont amenés sans doute
Dans cette fin d'été
Au croisement de nos routes
Nos chemins s'en vont
Nos chemins se croisent
Nos chemins reviennent
Nos chemins reprennent
La même chanson
Nos chemins s'en vont
En ombres chinoises
Nos chemins reviennent
Nos chemins reprennent
La même chanson
