Feels so good and bad for you baby
I can do what I wanna do baby
Got me changing my tune for you baby
I don't want to go back to the way it was
Ain't no going back
Ain't no going back for me
Nothing good, nothing kind
Could make me change my mind
Ain't no going back for me
I'm leaving on a North bound train
Southern girls are hard to take
If you hear the whistle blowing, then you know w'ere going
Said I'm leaving on a North bound train
It's so good and bad with you baby
I don't want to go back to the way it was
I'm gonna stand all night, and alseep all day
I know it's bad but I do it anyway
Yeah
I know it's bad
I know it's bad
Take more than I'm used to, that's alright
Smoke more than I need to get me high
I don't care if I ever see the sun again
I will walk in to your darkness
I will climb in to your cold
Almost freezing, if they ever follow reason
Then I don't wanna know
Hell no
It's a long way back to redemption
Too many miles to mention
I keep losing the fire in my engine
Now there ain't no going back
Ain't no going back
Fat Freddy's Drop is a seven-piece band from Wellington, New Zealand. Their musical style is characterized by a fusion of dub, reggae, soul, jazz, rhythm and blues, and techno. Formed in the late 1990s as a jam band by musicians from other bands in Wellington, Fat Freddy's Drop gradually became the primary focus of its members. The band members continued to play with their respective groups - The Black Seeds, TrinityRoots, Bongmaster, and others - for much of their 11-year career. Fat Freddy's Drop is known for its improvised live performances; songs on their studio albums are refined versions developed over years of playing them live in New Zealand and on tour abroad. Some of their most representative tracks include 'Ernie', 'Pull Up', 'Sittin' On The Dock', 'The Light'.
