Biografia

Ana Moura is a Portuguese fado singer, born in 1979 in Lisbon. Considered one of the most important contemporary artists of the genre, she has gained international fame for her powerful and emotive voice, capable of conveying the profound melancholy and poignant beauty of traditional fados. Her artistic journey began at the age of 10, performing in Lisbon venues. In 2003, she released her debut album, *Ana Moura*, followed by successes such as *Guarda-Me a Vida Na Mao* (2005) and *Desfado* (2008). Among her most representative songs are *Fado Curvo*, *O Que Te Faz Feliz* and *Leva-Me Aos Fados*. Ana Moura has collaborated with internationally renowned artists such as Mariza, Carlos Santana and Cesária Évora. Her music has been awarded at numerous international festivals and has contributed to spreading fado culture worldwide.
