Luca Turilli is an Italian composer, arranger, and record producer, born in Pordenone in 1970. He is best known for being the founding guitarist and main composer of the power metal band Rhapsody of Fire, with whom he released ten albums between 1993 and 2011. Turilli is a virtuoso electric guitarist, capable of creating epic and intricate melodies, influenced by classical composers such as Beethoven and Bach. In 2011 he left Rhapsody of Fire to pursue a solo career, releasing albums like "Luca Turilli's Dreamquest" (2013) and "The Mystical Art of Music: A Soundtrack for the Soul" (2016).
