Kevin James LaBrie, born May 5, 1963, is a Canadian vocalist best known for being the lead singer of progressive metal band Dream Theater. LaBrie began his musical career in the 1980s, singing in various local bands before joining Dream Theater in 1991. His powerful and versatile voice, capable of transitioning from high notes to deep registers with ease, has become a distinctive element of the band's sound. Some of LaBrie's most representative songs with Dream Theater include "The Dance of Eternity", "Octavarium" and "A Change of Seasons".
