Bleeding Through è una band metal statunitense proveniente da Orange County, in California. Formatasi nel 1999, il gruppo fonde influenze provenienti dal moderno hardcore, dal metal sinfonico (black) e dal death metal melodico. Sebbene spesso classificato come metalcore, Brandan Schieppati, cantante del gruppo, ha dichiarato di considerare Bleeding Through una band hardcore: «Penso che siamo una band hardcore e non direi mai che siamo una band metal. Siamo tutti ragazzi hardcore e proveniamo dalla scena hardcore. La nostra è solo una versione diversa di hardcore, stiamo cercando di fare qualcosa che aggiunga una varietà diversa alla scena hardcore, che è stata suonata allo stesso modo per così tanto tempo». Il loro sound caratteristico si distingue per la potenza dei riff metal, le melodie sinfoniche e le intense performance vocali di Schieppati. Tra i brani più rappresentativi figurano «The Pain of Truth», «Death Wish», «I'm Not Afraid to Die» e «From This Day Forward».
