Juan Esteban Aristizábal Vásquez, known professionally as Juanes (Medellín, August 9, 1972), is a Colombian singer and guitarist widely regarded as one of the most influential Latin American musicians of all time. Throughout his career, Juanes has collaborated with internationally renowned artists such as Shakira, Bono, and Sting. He is known for his social activism and promotion of peace through music.
