Scendono di notte i sogni fragili
ricordi come immagini
che non ricordi più
sentili esistono e comprenderli
Ardecore is a Roman supergroup born from the meeting between singer-songwriter Giampaolo Felici and the punk jazz band Zu, with the participation of American guitarist Geoff Farina. The project, led by Felici, aims to reinterpret in a modern key the songs belonging to the Roman popular tradition, preserving their essence and stylistic peculiarities. Ardecore blends elements of traditional Italian music, rock and jazz, creating a unique and engaging sound. Among the most representative tracks of the group are "La Bella Roma", "Roma Caput Mundi" and "Festa Romana". The self-titled debut album was well received by critics for its originality and courage in interpreting a classic repertoire in a contemporary key.
