My Darkest Days was a Canadian rock band formed in Peterborough, Ontario, in 2008. The original lineup consisted of Matt Walst (vocals), Brendan McMillan (bass), Doug Oliver (drums), Sal Costa (guitar) and Reid Henry (keyboards).
