Refused è una storica band svedese di hardcore punk originaria di Umeå, formatasi nel 1991. Il gruppo ha pubblicato cinque EP e tre album prima dello scioglimento avvenuto nel 1998. Il loro capolavoro, *The Shape of Punk to Come*, è stato inserito al numero 13 nella lista dei 50 Album Più Importanti di Sempre di Kerrang!.
