Oomph! is a German Neue Deutsche Härte band formed in Wolfsburg in 1989. Often considered the original NDH band, they have maintained the same lineup throughout their over 30-year career. Oomph!'s sound combines industrial, metal, and electronic elements, with lyrics often in German addressing themes such as modern society, technology, and politics.
