Sunny Day Real Estate è un gruppo musicale statunitense formatosi nel 1992 ad Aberdeen, Washington. Considerati pionieri del genere emo rock, hanno influenzato profondamente il panorama musicale indie degli anni '90 e successivi. La band, composta da Jeremy Enigk (voce, chitarra), Dan Hoerner (chitarra), Nate Mendel (basso) e William Goldsmith (batteria), è nota per la sua musica caratterizzata da melodie intricate, testi introspettivi e un sound ricco di atmosfere malinconiche.
