I'm living just to live it up
Whoa yeah
Since the day that I was born
I've been rockin' round my block
Just a leather coated lover
With a tattoo on my heart
Now I'm going downtown
Feel I should strut my stuff, babe
Workin' on one track mind
And baby that's not all
Keep the motor running cuz
I ain't got time to waste
I'm dressing for success
I guess I'm blessed with good taste
Ain't no dream you're seeing things
You've never seen before
Oh Yeah
Well I'm breathing down your neck
Knockign down your door, yeah
CHORUS
I'm living just to live it up
Ridin' high
Ridin' free
Gonna live it up
Before they bury me
Grade yourselves 103
Gonna live it up
Before they bury me
Hope the bury me
CHORUS
Gonna live it up
Gonna live it up
Riding High
Living just to live it up
Warrant is an American hard rock and glam metal band active since 1984. The most famous and successful lineup of the group included Jani Lane (vocals), Erik Turner (guitar), Jerry Dixon (bass), Joey Allen (guitar) and Steven Sweet (drums). Their debut album, *Dirty Rotten Filthy Stinking Rich*, released in 1989, achieved commercial success thanks to the single "Down Boys". Their second album, *Cherry Pie* (1990), went platinum in the United States and spawned three hit singles: "Cherry Pie", "Uncle Tom's Cabin" and "I Saw Red". The music video for "Cherry Pie" was particularly popular for its provocative imagery. After the success of *Cherry Pie*, Warrant continued to release albums, but never reached the same level of popularity. Lane died in 2011 from an alcohol and drug overdose.
