Sadie you want me to be there
Be there in the end
Send me your letters
Send me your letters
I'm willing to pretend
All I mean, is let it be
Got options, so look around
You're beautiful, so is she
So is he, so look around
I can't right now
But let's try to talk tomorrow
Maybe tomorrow, maybe someday
Sadie you want me to be there
Be there in the end
Send me your letters
Send me your letters
I'm willing to pretend
Yeah
Growing up, getting straight
Move forward, so look around
But what a mess, we've gotta make
To get there
Look around, around
I can't right now
But let's try to talk tomorrow
Maybe tomorrow, maybe someday
Sadie you want me to be there
Be there in the end
Send me your letters
Send me your letters
I'm willing to pretend
Sadie you want me to be there
Be there in the end
Send me your letters
Send me your letters
I'm willing to pretend
Sadie you want me
But what a mess we've gotta make
To be there, will you be there
In the end
Sadie you want me to be there
Be there in the end
Send me your letters
Send me your letters
I'm willing to pretend
Maybe we'd all better beware
Or end up here again
Sending our letters
Sending our letters
And willing to pretend
Sadie you want me to be there
Be there in the end
Sadie you want me, oh
Yeah I'm willing
Willing to pretend
Oh, Sadie
Gratitude is an American musical group formed in 2000 by Mark Weinberg (formerly of the band Crumb) and Thomas Becker. Initially called The Collision, the band later added Bob Lindsey on bass and Robby Cronholm (also formerly of Crumb) as vocalist. After touring in 2002 with New End Original, which featured Far alum Jonah Matranga and Jeremy Tappero, Cronholm left the band to be replaced by Matranga. With Matranga's arrival, the band changed their name to Gratitude. After signing with Atlantic Records, they added Tappero as second guitarist before entering the studio. During the recording of their debut album, Becker left the group and David Jarnstrom joined the lineup. The self-titled album was released on March 8, 2005 by Atlantic Records. The singles "Drive Away" and "This Is The Part" received significant radio play both in the US and the UK. Gratitude's first tour in support of the album saw the band opening for Jimmy Eat World (with whom they are often compared) and participating in the 2005 Warped Tour and a leg of the 2005 Taste Of Chaos.

My favorite group when I was just a teenager were the Fugees, thanks to them a certain curiosity about english language was born in me. I wanted to know and understand the lyrics of their songs, it wasn't enough for me to be carried away exclusively by their beautiful music.
