Same mistakes

Is it time to give up?
Or time to roll over?
'Cause me and myself
We're getting closer and closer
What have I done?
I've covered the only path I've ever worn
Sucked into the ether never to return

It's all in my head
And I'll give up everything
To keep talking with you instead
It's all in my head
And I'll burst apart
You're walking the same streets I did
You're making the same mistakes I made

I'm at sixes and sevens
Let me lean on your door
Just a couple more seconds
I'm more than before
I've quadrupled my efforts
I've left no stone unturned
What do I fear?
Why disappear?

It's all in my head
I'll give up everything
To keep talking with you instead
It's all in my head
And I'll burst apart
You're walking the same streets I did
You're making the same mistakes I made

Hold my light up
In a blackened night sky
So that we
Can see where I am
Go where you want, I might not follow
I've not got time for that
Give me a clue so I can find you
I'm putting a stop to this

It's all in my head
And I'll burst apart
You're walking the same streets I did
You're making the same mistakes I made
It's all in my head
And I'll burst apart
You're making the same mistakes, same mistakes, same mistakes, same mistakes, same mistakes, same
