Papiro è un'artista italiana nata e cresciuta nell'ambiente teatrale del Teatro Club di Catania. Sin da giovane ha dimostrato una passione per il canto e la musica, frequentando la classe a indirizzo musicale con pianoforte al G. Nosengo di Catania e partecipando al coro. Dopo esperienze in teatro e cinema, si trasferisce a Parigi nel 2009 per studiare teatro e cinema alla Sorbonne Nouvelle Paris3, specializzandosi in retorica verbale e dell'immagine. Nel 2017 torna in Italia per approfondire la sua formazione vocale all'Accademia del doppiaggio di Milano. Tra il 2019 e il 2020 si trasferisce a Roma dove inizia a lavorare come doppiatrice, continuando la carriera di attrice e dando vita al suo progetto musicale più importante. Papiro esplora un genere musicale che fonde elementi indie pop con influenze elettroniche, creando atmosfere evocative e introspettive. Tra i suoi brani rappresentativi si ricordano "Senza Fine", "Luna Nera" e "Storie di Carta".
