Screaming in suburbia

Well all your wishes finally came true
But the stars they still entrance you
They draw you in and spike your skin
And show you God who leaves you bleeding
But now there's something calling me back
To the place I saw you last
Stuck there waiting for a train to pass

Still the same kids
Screaming in suburbia
Some things may have changed
But the spirit inside of you
Is still hearing voices now
That baby just won't shut up
It's not a guilty conscience though
It's just a load of nonsense now

Saw something I couldn't get over
In a double exposure
The expression gave away the game
When it bled into the last frame
But now there's something calling me back
To the place I saw you last
Still stuck here waiting for a train to pass

Still the same kids
Screaming in suburbia
Some things may have changed
But the spirit inside of you
Is still hearing voices now
That baby just won't shut up
It's not a guilty conscience though
It's just a load of nonsense now
And in the end, talking in your sleep
You gave away the dreams you tried to keep
If this life is a sad song
We've been singing it for too long
For too long

Yeah if love's just a sad song
Been singing it too long
Far too long

Thank you because you correct this lyrics

Biografia

The Cribs are an English indie rock band from Wakefield, West Yorkshire. The group consists of twins Gary and Ryan Jarman and their younger brother Ross Jarman. In 2008, Johnny Marr, former guitarist of The Smiths and Modest Mouse, joined the band and became a formal member. Active on the concert circuit since 2002, they were initially associated by the British music press with other UK bands of the time, particularly The Libertines, as a response to the popularity of American indie rock bands. In 2008, Q magazine described them as "The biggest cult band in the UK". Some representative tracks include "Hey Scenesters", "Men's Needs", "The Golden Age" and "Mirror Kiss".
