Ariel Rot (born Ariel Rotenberg Gutkin in Buenos Aires on April 19, 1960) is an Argentine musician known for his career as a singer-songwriter and guitarist. He began his musical activity in the 1980s with the Argentine rock band Los Violadores, quickly becoming one of the pillars of the Latin American punk-rock movement. After leaving Los Violadores in 1987, Rot embarked on a successful solo career, releasing numerous albums and collaborating with artists such as Andrés Calamaro and Joaquín Sabina. Among his most famous songs are "El último tren", "La chica del pelo rojo" and "No te preocupes".
