Pierfrancesco Madeo è un cantautore italiano nato il 28 marzo 1984 a Longobucco (CS). La sua passione per la musica lo ha portato a frequentare la scuola musicale Giuseppe Verdi di Rossano Calabro, dove si è specializzato in tecnica vocale. Nonostante una diagnosi di distrofia muscolare, Madeo non ha mai smesso di inseguire il suo sogno. Ha iniziato a partecipare a festival e concorsi musicali fin da giovane, ottenendo successi importanti come la vittoria al concorso Armonia fra le note nel 2005 e il premio Cantautore assegnato dalla F.I.D.A.P.A. nel 2006.
