Eugene Kelly (born 1965) is a Scottish musician known for his work with several musical groups. He is one of the founding members of the indie rock band The Vaselines, active from 1980 to 1994 and later reunited sporadically in subsequent years. Kelly also formed the group Eugenius, active from 1995 to 2003, and has pursued a solo career with several albums released.
