Little Feat is an American rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1969 by Lowell George (songwriter, singer and guitarist) and Bill Payne (keyboardist). The band has blended influences of blues, R and B, country, funk and rock and roll into a unique and recognizable sound. After the band's dissolution in 1979 following George's death, Little Feat reformed nine years later, continuing to record new albums to this day.
