So you must try it
This life
You're talking about
This life of light and serenity
But your eyes just see the walls of the city
The sunlight is invisible for you
The sun don't exist
You're living in darkness and ignorance
You don't like what you are and what You want to be
So you must try it
This life
You're talking about
This life ol' light and serenity
But your mind don't accept your nature
Because the light of your cities make it incredible
The world you like do exist under the ground of your cities
He is waiting for you
You're living in darkness and ignorance
What do you like? what do you hate?
You must live your choice but not in a whiskey drink
So you must try it
This life you're talking about
This life of light
You're living what you hate
This life of light and serenity
But your eyes just see the world of the city
Trisomie 21 is a French punk rock band formed in 1981 in Denain by brothers Hervé and Philippe Lomprez. Considered pioneers of the French punk movement, they gained some notoriety in the 1980s for their energetic music and engaging live performances. The band's name refers to Down syndrome, chosen to highlight their rejection of social conventions and the inclusion of different people. Trisomie 21 has released several albums, including "Le Grand Délire" (1983) and "L'Amour est un Combat" (1985), which helped define the sound of French punk. Their music is characterized by aggressive guitar riffs, political and social lyrics, and a strong melodic component. Despite the death of Hervé Lomprez in 2003, the band continues to perform with Philippe Lomprez at the helm. Some of the group's most representative songs include "La Guerre des Clans", "Le Chant du Loup" and "Je Suis Trisomie 21".
