Staring down the barrel

I tell myself that I just don't need this anymore
But I don't know if I can resist
Cause I don't know when to stop, never know when it's time
So don't wake me up now cause I'm almost out of my mind
Tell me what you want to get out of this
Maybe all I ever needed was just a fix
I wanna see what they got
I wanna see what they can find
So don't wake me up now, cause I'm almost out my mind

Staring down the barrel of a gun tonight
When it's all done what will you decide
You'll never get asleep tonight
Staring at the gun
Staring at the gun
Staring at the gun tonight

Don't go turning the lights down on me
Cause I don't want to have to face what I can't see
Don't wanna see what I';m not, wanna see my state of mind
Somebody wake me up now, help me get down off this ride

Staring down the barrel of a gun tonight
When it's all done what will you decide
You'll never get asleep tonight
Staring down the barrel of a gun tonight
Got my ticket on this one way ride
Waiting for the end of the world to rise
Staring at the gun
Staring at the gun
Staring at the gun tonight

With a fire in your head
You lie on your bed
Wishing you were anywhere else instead
Draw a line in the sand
You played last hand
You jump before you learn how to land

Now I feel my heart begin to race
And I see myself up above
My thoughts keep heading to a darker place
A place where there is no love
No love

Staring down the barrel of a gun tonight
Staring down the barrel of a gun tonight
Staring down the barrel of a gun tonight
Got my ticket on this one way ride
You'll never get any sleep tonight
Staring at the gun tonight
Staring at the gun tonight
Staring at the gun tonight
