Il parait que Gina
Est r'venue des États
Avec un chaud lapin
À l'accent acadien
Qu'elle aviont rencontré
Dans un relais routier
Pas vraiment catholique
Près du Nouveau-Brunswick
Il s'appeliant Richard
Et veniont de Bouctouche
Conduit un Western Star
En écoutant du Cayouche
On dit qu'c'est tout un coq
Monté comme un vrai buck
Qui aimait tester les shocks
D'la couchette de son truck
Gina! Gina!
Comme le temps des amours
Ne dure que quelques jours
Les deux amants en rut
Sombrèrent dans la dispute
Et c'qui d'vait arriver
Finalement arriva
Quelle surprise vous m'direz
Ben oui elle s'en alla...
Elle prend la clef des champs
Aussi vite que le vent
Et si elle s'amourache
Jamais elle ne s'attache
Belle quadragénaire
À la cuisse légère
Qui ne dit jamais non
À une ride en camion
Car comme Gerry Boulet
Gina c'est une vraie
Elle est de cette race
Qui sait laisser sa trace
Parlez-en à Richard
Debout d'vant l'urinoir
Qui depuis son départ
Pisse des lames de rasoir
Les Cowboys Fringants are a popular band and cult phenomenon from Quebec, who perform Quebecois neo-trad music (modernized Quebec folk music with a rock flavour) the band also draws on Country music. They have gained an international underground following, especially in France, French-speaking Belgium and Switzerland. There is even a group of French fans called Les Cousins Fringants (a take on the expression cousin that the French use to affectionately call French Canadians). They hail from the Montreal suburb of Repentigny and L'Assomption. The entire band collaborates on the lyrics, although guitarist Jean-Francois Pauze often contributes more than the others. The fundamental aspect of the band are their explosive live performances, captured on the Attache ta tuque live album and the Centre Bell 30 decembre 2003 DVD.

My favorite group when I was just a teenager were the Fugees, thanks to them a certain curiosity about english language was born in me. I wanted to know and understand the lyrics of their songs, it wasn't enough for me to be carried away exclusively by their beautiful music.
Sweden and the United States are two countries far from each other, thousands of kilometers separate them, the language, culinary and sporting traditions, I don't feel so categorical about the landscapes, not knowing all of America there may be states that have the same reliefs of the country of northern Europe, but on one thing I am sure
