Word, man
Time to get the fuck up out of here tonight, man
Word, P
Call up the peoples, man
Call everybody up, man
Let's get the fuck up out of here, let's serve some crack
7 p.m. and I just woke up
8 p.m., in my bulletproof truck
9 p.m., scooped The Alchemist
And thirty more niggas, meet me in Queensbridge (Doo-doo)
10 p.m., we drove to AC
Midnight on the dot, we parked the V's
Then we went up in the Taj Mahal
Hit the crap table, blackjack table and all
I hit the hundred dollar slot machine for thirty thousand
My wife hit the roulette wheel for five thousand (Get the money, frontin' niggas get deceased)
Then we hit the club, blackberry Amore and bottles of bubb'
Now live on stage for you to see
The head nigga in charge, the one and only
Check me, havin' fun with it 'til I'm done with it
And me and Mrs. P hit the hotel suite
From the city that never sleep, we take power naps
From the borough that sold the most albums in rap (In Queens)
We last the longest, run laps around your strongest
Top shotta ran out of steam, but tried his hardest, look
7 p.m. and I just woke up
8 p.m., in my bulletproof truck
9 p.m., scooped The Alchemist
And thirty more niggas, meet me in Queensbridge (Doo-doo)
10 p.m., we drove to AC
Midnight on the dot, we parked the V's
Then we went up in the Taj Mahal
Hit the crap table, blackjack table and all
And pray to God I don't gotta give my shooters a call
I remember vividly when them Rugers went off
We was in the distant land, throwin' mad bands
Comfortable around the killers, now the blood is on our hands
Outran poverty, but shit like this
Opposite of progress and put your life at risk
Wanna roll the dice? It's the flick of the wrist
Metaphorically your finger and you gotta be quick
With the trigger, niggas mad, the bitches on my dick
And I don't gotta get fly, I was born like this
Around 2 p.m., all you heard was sirens
Got the fuck up out of there because the temperature's risin'
Queensbridge niggas be wildin'
And not too many others you could bring around 'em
I bring 'em anywhere 'cause you know it's a wrap
Thought we was laid back, give me mines for that (What?)
7 p.m. and I just woke up
8 p.m., in my bulletproof truck
9 p.m., scooped The Alchemist
And thirty more niggas, meet me in Queensbridge (Doo-doo)
10 p.m., we drove to AC
Midnight on the dot, we parked the V's
Then we went up in the Taj Mahal
Hit the crap table, blackjack table and all
(Doo-doo)
Mobb Deep was an American hip hop duo formed by rappers Havoc (Jason Irvine) and Prodigy (Albert Johnson). Active from 1990 until Prodigy's death in 2017, they are considered pillars of the Golden Era of East Coast hip hop. Their musical style is characterized by raw, realistic lyrics about life in the streets of Queensbridge, New York, and dark, atmospheric productions. Their debut album *Juvenile Hell* (1993) introduced the world to their distinctive sound. However, it was their second album, *The Infamous* (1995), that cemented them as icons of the genre. With tracks like «Shook Ones (Part II)» and «Survival of the Fittest», Mobb Deep defined the sonic aesthetic of East Coast hip hop in the 1990s. After *The Infamous*, the duo continued to release successful albums, including *Hell on Earth* (1996) and *Murda Muzik* (2000). Prodigy also pursued a solo career, releasing several albums. Prodigy's untimely death in 2017 marked the end of Mobb Deep, leaving a void in the hip hop landscape.

My favorite group when I was just a teenager were the Fugees, thanks to them a certain curiosity about english language was born in me. I wanted to know and understand the lyrics of their songs, it wasn't enough for me to be carried away exclusively by their beautiful music.
Sweden and the United States are two countries far from each other, thousands of kilometers separate them, the language, culinary and sporting traditions, I don't feel so categorical about the landscapes, not knowing all of America there may be states that have the same reliefs of the country of northern Europe, but on one thing I am sure
