Strand of Oaks is the musical project of Timothy Showalter, an American singer-songwriter and musician born in 1980. Active since 2006, Showalter has released a series of albums exploring themes of loneliness, loss, and identity search through an indie rock sound characterized by catchy melodies and introspective lyrics.
