The man who can't be loved

Seven
Days since I've been locked outside your heaven
I'm floating on a cloud with all these questions
Am I wrong? Am I the one to blame?
Eleven
Million times I tried to call
You answered never
I tried leaving messages, something clever
Such a fool, always playing stupid games

Who am I, if I can't love you forever
Who am I, if I can't keep it together
Who am I, and who am I
I could be someone better if I pulled you in closer
Feel all the things that I know I'm supposed to
But who am I, who am I
I'm the man who can't be loved

I'm so guarded
Building up these walls is where it started
You always said that I was so cold-hearted
But I'm not
I'm just putting on a face

I tried my best to see the light
Oh God, it kills me every time
I keep asking myself, over and over and over

Who am I, if I can't love you forever
Who am I, if I can't keep it together
Who am I, and who am I
I could be someone better if I pulled you in closer
Feel all the things that I know I'm supposed to
But who am I, who am I
I'm the man that can't be loved

Am I just hiding from the pain
And vain I felt before
Am I just running from mistakes
Have I closed every door
I keep asking myself

Who am I, if I can't love you forever
Who am I, if I can't keep it together
Who am I, who am I
I'm the man that can't be loved
Who am I, if I can't love you forever
Who am I, if I can't keep it together
Who am I, and who am I
I could be someone better if I pulled you in closer
Feel all the things that I know I'm supposed to
But who am I, who am I
I'm the man that can't be
Who am I, who am I
I'm the man that can't be loved
