Napalm Death are a British musical group formed in Meriden, near Birmingham, in 1981 by Miles Ratledge and Nicholas Bullen. Considered pioneers of grindcore, a genre characterized by extreme speed, aggressive riffs, and often political or social lyrics. Although the original lineup is no longer active, Napalm Death has gone through several phases, always maintaining a powerful and innovative sound identity.
