Cristiano Godano is an Italian singer-songwriter and musician, born in Cuneo in 1967. He is the frontman of the rock band Marlene Kuntz, active since 1985. With his powerful voice and introspective lyrics, Godano has contributed to defining the Italian musical identity of the 1990s and 2000s. Among the most representative songs by Godano and Marlene Kuntz are "L'amore è un'arma", "Il cielo in una stanza" and "La fine del mondo". Throughout his career, Godano has collaborated with several Italian artists, including Vinicio Capossela and Afterhours. In 2018 he released his first solo album, "L'uomo che amava le stelle", a introspective and poetic work.
