Born in Italy, she begins her artistic journey in theater with a small Roman company. It is in a piano bar that she is noticed by Renzo Arbore, who introduces her to television with the program "Il caso Sanremo". In 1989 she sings in the soundtrack of the film "Scugnizzi" by Nanni Loy and in 1992 her first album of the same name is released.
